Dog walking bags, collars, and leashes:
GENERAL CLEANING: Use a damp cloth to wipe down.
DIFFICULT STAINS: Non-water soluble stains caused by oils, lotions and certain foodstuffs can be cleaned with 50% solution of Isopropyl Alcohol and water. Rinse the cleaned area with water after applying with the alcohol solution. Dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.

COLLARS: Measure your dog’s neck with a cloth measuring tape.
Refer to our Sizing Chart for additional information.

Measure your dog then refer to our size guide. Tip: If your dog size is in between sizes, we recommend going with a larger size. We also recommend prioritizing the chest measurement over the neck and back measurements.
Size guides are included on all product description pages.

We recommend picking the larger size for your dog's comfort. We also suggest focusing more on the chest size than the neck or back to get a more accurate measurement.

We currently only ship orders within the United States.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100 USD (must be $100 even after discounts have been applied).
For orders below $100 USD, you will be charged for shipping based upon your address. This is determined at checkout.

Please contact info@showdawg.co immediately within 1 hour of your purchase should you wish to cancel your order.

We will not be able to cancel orders once they have been processed and shipped.

When we confirm your cancellation requests, the refund will be made using your original purchase method.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment warehouse in Atlanta, GA. The team ships Mondays through Fridays, excluding holidays.

Once an order is placed, it will take 2-5 business days to have it processed.

Orders within the United States should arrive within 2-10 business days.

We are currently not shipping internationally at this time.

Returns:
Email info@showdawg.co within 30 days of the date your items were initially delivered.

Return items are at your own cost:
A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $7 USD (covers return shipping and handling).
Return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
Once your items have been received, we will issue your refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Exchanges:
Exchange is free on your 1st order! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.

Email info@showdawg.co within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
Return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost for additional exchanges.

Once your return items have been received, we will issue you a 100% store credit so you can re-purchase the item/size you need.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a refund or an exchange. Items must be in good condition to be eligible for a return/exchange.

We process exchanges and returns 2-5 business days after your items have been received.
