Returns + Exchanges

We wholeheartedly stand behind our products. In the rare event that an item doesn't meet your expectations, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction.

 First, please make sure your return items meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • New condition with materials intact and returned with original packaging.
  • Must be free of odor, dog hair, stains, rips, and tears. Please note that returns are not eligible if your dog bites, tears, rips, or destroys part of the product.

 

Defects + Issues:

If you identify a defect in the item(s) you've received, contact us at info@showdawg.co within 3 business days of receipt of your order, providing photographs of the issue. We will resolve the issue for you immediately.


Should you receive incorrect items or find items missing from your order, kindly reach out to us at info@showdawg.co promptly. We are committed to correcting any discrepancies for you.

 

Returns + Exchanges:

Should you wish to return your item(s), we request you to email us detailing the reason for return within 30 days of receipt. For eligible returns, refunds will be processed using the method of your initial payment.  Please be advised that we will not be able to refund or exchange any items after 30 days.

 

Exchanges

  • Email info@showdawg.co within 30 days of the date of initial delivery. 
  • All return items must be in new condition and are subject to inspection.
  • Exchange is free on your 1st order*! We want to make sure you get the sizing right on your first purchase and eliminate sizing issues in the future.
  • For additional exchanges on item(s), they will need to be returned at your own cost.
  • Once we receive your return items, we will send your exchange item.

 

Returns

  • Email info@showdawg.co within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
  • Item(s) will need to be returned at your own cost.
  • A shipping label can be provided to US customers at a flat rate of $7 USD (covers return shipping and handling).
  • All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $8 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
  • Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit.
